Pushkar Singh Dhami attended the “Mukhya Sevak Jan Chaupal” program held in Aryanagar in the Shyampur Kangri area of Haridwar and directly interacted with the public. A large number of local residents, public representatives, and BJP workers were present at the event. The Chief Minister listened to the people’s problems and directed officials from the concerned departments to provide immediate solutions on the spot. He stated that the aim of the “Jan-Jan Ki Sarkar, Jan-Jan Ke Dwar” campaign is to bridge the gap between the government and the public.
Under this campaign, which began on December 17, 2025, camps are being organized across the state, benefiting over five lakh people so far, and a large number of complaints have been resolved on the spot.
Government serious about the Chardham Yatra and Kumbh
In his statement, Chief Minister Dhami also specifically mentioned the preparations for the upcoming Chardham Yatra. He said that all departments have been instructed to work in coordination to ensure a safe, well-organized, and convenient journey, ensuring no inconvenience to pilgrims coming from India and abroad. Additionally, the government is working diligently to prepare for the Kumbh Mela, scheduled for 2027, and is focusing on strengthening infrastructure. He clarified that the state government’s goal is to ensure that the benefits of schemes reach the last mile and advance Uttarakhand as a well-organized, safe, and developed state.
