On Tuesday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami arrived in Haridwar to review preparations for Home Minister Amit Shah’s planned event. The CM’s helicopter landed on the helipad on the grounds of Gurukul Kangri University. Meanwhile, BJP leaders arrived to welcome him. As Minister of State with Independent Charge Om Prakash Jamdagni moved forward, police officers stopped him. He became enraged at the SP, expressing his displeasure and protesting.
In a video viral on social media, the HRDA Secretary is seen trying to persuade him, saying, “I apologize,” but the Minister of State with Independent Charge says, “No, the SP will apologize.” However, officers later managed to persuade him.
