Large scale transfer of judges in Uttarakhand: High Court gave order, notification issued by Registrar General

A large number of judges have been transferred on the orders of the Nainital High Court. As per the notification issued by the Registrar General of the High Court, Indu Sharma, 3rd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Udham Singh Nagar has been appointed as 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Udham Singh Nagar in the vacant court. Neha Kushwaha, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nainital has been transferred and appointed as Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Nainital in place of Abhishek Kumar Srivastava. Neeraj Kumar, 4th Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Udham Singh Nagar has been appointed as 3rd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Udham Singh Nagar in place of Indu Sharma. In the same sequence, Ravi Ranjan, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani District Nainital has been transferred to the post of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nainital in place of Neha Kushwaha. Beenu Gulyani Secretary District Legal Services Authority Nainital has been repatriated, transferred and posted as Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Roorkee District Haridwar in the vacant court. Shama Parveen Fifth Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Udham Singh Nagar has been posted as Fourth Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Udham Singh Nagar in place of Neeraj Kumar. Ramesh Chandra, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dehradun has been promoted to Civil Judge (Senior Division) cadre. Meenakshi Sharma Civil Judge (Junior Division) Purola District Uttarkashi has been promoted to Civil Judge (Senior Division) cadre. Shalini Dadar Civil Judge (Junior Division) Bhikiyasen District Almora has been posted as Civil Judge (Junior Division) Uttarkashi in place of Prakash Chandra. Sanchi Agarwal Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Bajpur District Udham Singh Nagar has been transferred to the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Doiwala District Dehradun in place of Vishal Vashisht. Shubhangi Gupta Judicial Magistrate 11, Haldwani District Nainital has been appointed to the post of Judicial Magistrate-1 Haldwani District Nainital. Ashish Tiwari Civil Judge (Junior Division) Roorkee District Haridwar has been transferred to the post of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Khatima District Udham Singh Nagar in place of Amit Bhatt. Avantika Singh Chaudhary, 1st Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Roorkee District Haridwar has been appointed to the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Roorkee District Haridwar in place of Ashish Tiwari. Vivek Sharma 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Dehradun has been transferred to the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Purola District Uttarkashi in place of Meenakshi Sharma. In the same sequence, District and Sessions Judge, Chamoli has been directed to organize camp court in Karnaprayag, District Chamoli for one week every month till the appointment of regular presiding officer in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karnaprayag, District Chamoli or till further orders, whichever is earlier
