Srinagar: The body of an unidentified person was found in Kotdwar Kotwali area of Pauri Garhwal district on June 5. The police have solved the mystery of this unidentified body, which was revealed by the police on June 19 today. According to the police, the man was murdered and the murderer turned out to be none other than the second wife of the deceased. The second wife along with her lover had killed the husband.
According to the police, the body of an unidentified person was found in the post Dugdda area on June 5, 2025. After a lot of effort, the deceased was identified as Ravindra Kumar, son of late. Ramswaroop, a resident of Rajokri Vasant Kunj, was from South Delhi. Seeing the condition of the body, the police had also expressed suspicion of murder.
Brother had given a complaint to the police: After this, on June 17, Rajesh Kumar, the brother of the deceased Ravinder Kumar, filed a complaint in Kotdwar Kotwali, expressing suspicion of murder. Rajesh Kumar, in his complaint, had accused Reena Sindhu, the second wife of the deceased Ravinder Kumar, and another person of murder.
According to Rajesh Kumar’s statement, his brother Ravindra Kumar had married Reena Sindhu in 2010-11 after separation from his first wife. Ravindra Kumar has a house in Moradabad, which he wanted to sell, but Reena Sindhu did not want to. Based on the complaint, the police registered a case and started investigation. Meanwhile, the police also formed a team to arrest the accused.
Police got crucial clues: Police teams carried out the investigation based on CCTV footage, scientific evidence and forensic reports. Meanwhile, an important clue of the police was found from the CCTV footage. On June 5, a suspected SUV-500 car was spotted in the Kotdwar area, which later returned from the area. Based on this, the suspects were identified and then Reena Sindhu and her lover Paryosh Kumar were arrested from Nagina area of Bijnor.
Reena Sindhu confessed that she was in a love affair with Paresh Kumar and conspired to kill her husband Ravindra. She was protesting against Ravinder’s decision to sell the house built in his name in Moradabad. Meanwhile, she had a physical relationship with Parish, who came for physiotherapy. Reena persuaded Pathosh to kill Ravinder.
On May 31, 2025, Reena called Ravindra to Nagina’s house, where he was killed with a shovel after drinking alcohol. The body was first taken to Ramnagar in a car and then dumped in the Dugda area of Kotdwar. The car was abandoned in Noida after the incident.
