Kanwariyas allege lathicharge, Haridwar police tells the truth
Haridwar: With the start of Kanwar fair in Uttarakhand, reports of ruckus by Kanwariyas have also started coming to the fore . The new case is from Singhdwar area of Haridwar. It is being told that the Kanwariyas were insisting on leaving the canal track and going on the highway, which the police stopped. Kanwariyas also had a heated argument with the police regarding this matter.
It is being told that the Kanwariyas were not ready to go from the canal track by not following the rules. During this, there was a good debate between the police and the Kanwariyas. However, later the police succeeded in convincing the Kanwariyas and the Kanwariyas agreed to go from the canal track.
Giving more information about this, SP Crime Jitendra said that the Kanwar track was built to provide simple and easy arrangements to the Kanwariyas, but some Kanwariyas were insisting on going from the highway. Due to this, there was a little debate. However, later the Kanwariyas agreed and they left for their destination from the Kanwar track.
