Pithoragarh:-Finally, after five years, Shiva devotees will again be able to visit Kailash Mansarovar, the abode of their idol. The yatra will start from Delhi on June 30. The yatra will be conducted under the supervision of ITBP. Pithoragarh district administration has completed its preparation. This time the passengers will reach Lipulekh by vehicles. After this, he will enter Tibet. They will have to decide on foot.
On Friday, a meeting was held at the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of DM Vinod Goswami regarding the preparations for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. The DM said that the roadmap of the yatra has been prepared. The journey, which resumes after five years, is significant for the marginal district. It has to be remembered.
He said that this time the passengers will reach Lipulekh by vehicles. The yatra will start from Delhi on June 30 and will reach Tanakpur in the evening of the same day. The journey will be under ITBP surveillance. The passengers will reach Dharchula on July 5. The next day we will leave for Gunji. Health check-up of passengers will be done here. During the two-day rest in Gunji, he will also visit Adi Kailash. After this, the passengers will reach Nabhidhang. Here, the passengers will be tested and tested for health. After this, they will leave for Lipulekh.
He said that after completing the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, the pilgrims will rest in Bundi. The next day, DDhat will reach Chowkodi passing through Thal. After resting here, the travelers will also be made to visit Patal Bhubaneswar, Haat Kalika, Jageshwar Dham. After this, the passengers will go to Delhi after visiting Kanchidham via Almora. The meeting was attended by officials from KMVN, Army, ITBP, SSB, BRO and Revenue Department. Discussion together
There will be 50 passengers in a group
The DM said that 50 passengers will be included in a group. KMVN has arranged 13 vehicles for the journey. Two vehicles will be kept in reserve. He has instructed the Army, BRO to keep the route in order and SDM Manjit Singh to take special care of the communication facility during the journey.
Facilities like base hospital will be available in Gunji
The district magistrate said that Kailash Mansarovar passengers will be tested in Gunji. During the travel period, a physician will be deployed here as well as other health facilities like a base hospital. He has directed the health department to complete its preparation.
