Dehradun: Uttarakhand High Court heard the case of murder of Advocate Rajesh Suri. While hearing the case, the division bench of Chief Justice G Narendra and Justice Alok Mehra has fixed the date after two weeks for the next hearing.
Case of death of Advocate Rajesh Suri: During the hearing, Suri’s sister said that today ten years have passed and they have not yet got justice. The sister alleged that Rajesh Suri’s viscera report was also tampered with. Four years have passed and the investigation has not been completed yet. The state government said that time should be given to complete the investigation. On this, the High Court has fixed the date after two weeks for hearing.
Rajesh’s sister has accused of murder: According to the case, Dehradun resident Advocate Rajesh Suri’s sister Rita Suri and Raj Kumar Suri have filed a petition saying that Advocate Rajesh Suri was murdered on 30 November 2014. At that time Rajesh Suri was returning to Dehradun by train after pleading scam cases from Nainital High Court. It is alleged that he was poisoned and killed in the train itself. All the important files of Rajesh also disappeared from the train itself. Only a bag full of clothes was found. After this, SIT investigated this case twice but the investigation was not completed. Rita Suri alleges that the police is in cahoots with the land mafia in the whole case.
Rajesh Suri had exposed many cases of corruption: Rajesh’s sister Rita Suri also says that Rajesh had exposed scams in many corruption cases of Dehradun. Because of this, the land mafia people were after him and he was murdered in a moving train. When this incident happened, even his gunman had not gone to Nainital with him.
