Bahadrabad:- A speeding car hit a dairy operator on a motorcycle near Daulatpur village on the Kaliar road in the police station area late Saturday night. The bike rider died on the spot. A case has been registered against the driver of the car. Investigation in the case has been started.
According to the police, Narendra Kumar alias Mintu (36), son of Kartara, a resident of village Nangal Pinuli, runs a dairy in Begumpur. It is around 11 pm on Saturday. He was returning home by bike. A car coming from the direction of Kalier hit his bike near Daulatpur Dharmakanta. The driver of the car fled from the spot.
On receiving the information, the market post in-charge Amit Nautiyal reached the spot along with the team. The injured was rushed to the district hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. Police station in-charge inspector Naresh Rathore said that the body has been handed over to the family after the postmortem. A case has been registered against the driver of the car on the complaint of the deceased’s brother Mahendra Singh. The accused driver is being searched.
