The team of fire brigade personnel who reached after getting the information, controlled the fire after a lot of hard work. Plastic, cardboard and other items were burnt to ashes in this incident. However, it was fortunate that there was no loss of life.
Control room Roorkee received information that a fire has broken out in a plastic polymer manufacturing company. On this information, the fire unit Roorkee, under the leadership of the in-charge fire officer Roorkee, immediately reached the spot Madhopur, Saliyar Salhapur police station area Ganganahar. After which the team started extinguishing the fire by spreading 2 hose pipelines with a motor fire engine and pumping. But the fire was so terrible that the fire unit deployed at the Kanwar Mela Railway Station Roorkee was also called on the spot. After which the fire was extinguished by continuous pumping.
It is said that the fire was so terrible that it was posing a big threat to the companies built nearby. The fire brigade personnel controlled the fire by bringing water in vehicles from a nearby company and pumping it continuously. With this, the fire was also prevented from spreading and other companies were also saved from burning. This immediate action of the fire units prevented a huge loss and damage. The smoke from the fire in plastic polythene had become extremely suffocating. In this incident, plastic, cardboard and other goods in the company were burnt to ashes.
Fire officer Atar Singh Rana said that the fire has been controlled. There has been no loss of life in the incident. He said that the plastic goods, cardboard and other goods kept in the company have been burnt to ashes. The reasons for the fire are being investigated.
