The morale of the miscreants is high in Haridwar. Today, in the posh colony of Shivalik Nagar, a miscreant on a bike snatched the chain of a woman who was out for a morning walk. The woman raised an alarm but by then the miscreants had fled. But the entire incident was captured on CCTV camera.
According to the information, the incident took place near Lilavati Hospital in Shivalik Nagar.
