A district workshop was organized in Roorkee today under the “Atmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan” (Self-Reliant India Sankalp Abhiyan). The objective of this workshop was to connect common citizens with the message of “Swadeshi in every home, Swadeshi in every home” and to spread Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a self-reliant India to the masses.
Addressing the workshop, State General Secretary Mrs. Deepti Rawat Bhardwaj said that the Self-Reliant India Abhiyan launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not just a slogan, but a pledge for the overall development of the nation. Through schemes like “Make in India,” “Vocal for Local,” and “Startup India,” the country has reduced foreign dependence and provided new direction and opportunities to local industries, small businesses, and youth.
Deepti Rawat Bhardwaj said that the Prime Minister’s vision is to go “from local to global.” If every citizen of the country resolves to adopt and promote indigenous products, it will not only strengthen the country’s economy but will also lead our artisans, entrepreneurs, and youth on the path to self-reliance. She called upon the workers to transform the Prime Minister’s campaign into a mass movement and Spread the message of “Swadeshi in every home” to every family.
A large number of workers, volunteers, and senior officials attended the event. Together, they resolved to continue working together to achieve the goal of a self-reliant India.
