For the first time, night flight services are set to commence at Doon Airport. Air India Express is launching a night flight service between Dehradun and Bengaluru, effective April 1st, as part of its summer schedule.
The Air India Express flight will depart from Bengaluru Airport at 5:25 PM and, following a flight duration of three hours and five minutes, will arrive at Dehradun Airport at 8:30 PM. From Dehradun Airport, the flight will take off at 9:00 PM and, approximately three hours and five minutes later, will arrive back in Bengaluru at 12:05 AM (past midnight).
The one-way fare has been fixed at ₹9,198. Initially, this flight will operate from April 1st to April 15th; however, it may be made a regular service should passenger volume increase. According to airport sources, several other airlines may also introduce night flights during the upcoming travel and tourism season
