On completion of one month of UK Triple SC graduate level exam paper leak, today State Congress Committee’s Senior Vice President Organization Suryakant Dhasmana, on one hand, strongly attacked the state government, while on the other hand, he also put the leaders who were leading the students and youth agitating against the paper leak in the dock. Mr. Dhasmana said that the UK Triple SC graduate level exam was leaked on September 21 last month and on the same day Congress clarified its stand and demanded from the government to get the paper leak investigated by CBI under the supervision of a sitting judge of the High Court, cancel the leaked paper and conduct the paper again and immediately dismiss UK Triple SC President Ganesh Martolia and on these three issues the party had started a state-wide agitation. Mr. Dhasmana said that in view of the Congress agitation and the anger of the young students and examinees, the head of the government reached the protest site of the students and announced a recommendation for a CBI inquiry. A single member judicial commission was constituted under the chairmanship of Justice UC Dhyani, which started functioning from the very next day and submitted its report to the Chief Minister within a few days. On the same day, the Chief Minister sent the recommendation to the UK Triple SC for action and on the same day, the UK Triple SC Chairman announced the cancellation of the examination and then the date of the examination was also announced. Mr. Dhasmana said that the government which was not accepting the paper leak for the first eight days and was accusing the Congress of misleading the youth, students and the people of the state. The government and the entire BJP, which had been calling the movement Congress-inspired, anti-national, anti-Sanatan, a movement of the tukde tukde gang and urban Naxals, changed their tone drastically. With the Chief Minister’s recommendation for a CBI investigation, the cancellation of the exam based on the recommendation of a single commission, and the announcement of a new date, the leaders leading the young students’ protest began expressing gratitude to the government and praising the CM by presenting him with bouquets of flowers. Mr. Dhasmana said that today, a full month has passed since the paper leak and twenty-three days have passed since the Chief Minister’s recommendation for a CBI investigation, the Congress party wants to answer the biggest question among the state’s youth, unemployed, and candidates: the government and those leading the young, unemployed, and candidates: what is the status of the CBI investigation? Should the state be informed whether those involved in the cheating and paper leak will be exposed? And the third question: will UK Triple SC President Ganesh Martolia, who has clearly denied the exam leak, be removed from his post? Mr. Dhasmana stated that these three questions are crucial, and to ensure transparency in recruitment examinations in Uttarakhand, it is essential to expose the cheating mafia and paper leak racket operating in the state, which the government and leaders associated with the movement are currently silent on. Mr. Dhasmana stated that if the state’s young, unemployed, and candidates do not receive a satisfactory response from the government soon, the Congress party will strategize its further agitation. 2. Khajan Das and Bishan Singh Chuphal Confirm Congress’s Allegations In response to reporters, Mr. Dhasmana congratulated senior state BJP leader and Rajpur MLA Khajan Das, stating that Mr. Khajan Das has confirmed the Congress’s allegations that the ministers in charge of the districts are not visiting their districts, and that the same is true of most BJP MLAs. Mr. Dhasmana added that senior BJP MLA Mr. Bishan Singh Chuphal has also confirmed on camera that state officials are not following the orders of the Chief Minister and ministers. Mr. Dhasmana said that Mr. Chufal, while mentioning that the amount released for the retaining wall of DDhat Taxi Stand was not released even after the orders of the Chief Minister, publicly said this to the journalists and on social media, which confirms the allegation of Congress in which Congress has accused the bureaucracy of being unbridled in the state many times.
