Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami arrived on the banks of the Saryu River this morning on the second day of his two-day visit to Bageshwar district to review various ongoing development projects. He interacted with local residents, inquired about their well-being, and sought their feedback on various public welfare schemes implemented by the government.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami offered prayers at the Bagnath Temple in Bageshwar. He stated that this place has held special significance since ancient times. The Saryu River flows through this area. The Pindari Glacier is located here. There is immense potential for spiritual tourism here. The Chief Minister stated that we will develop this area and create a master plan for it. It is progressing in the fields of kiwi and fish farming, and the women here are also doing excellent work. I have held meetings with all departments regarding this, and we will work expeditiously.
