New Delhi: The central government has provided Z category security of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) to Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta after the attack during a public grievance hearing called ‘Jan Sunwai’ on Wednesday.
CRPF personnel reached the Chief Minister’s residence on Thursday morning to take over the responsibility of her security from Delhi Police. Sources told ETV Bharat that 20-22 CRPF personnel have been deployed to provide Z category security to Gupta. Additional security forces have been deployed around the Chief Minister’s residence and office to ensure round the clock security.
