Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami arrived in Rishikesh today. Here, he inaugurated the 10-day Saras Mela organized at the Purnanand Sports Ground of the Municipality Muni Ki Reti.
Forest Minister Subodh Uniyal and Rural Development Minister Ganesh Joshi were also present. Heavy rain before the program began disrupted the program.
