On the occasion of Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti today, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi visited the temple on Kalidas Marg and paid his respects by garlanding and offering flowers to the statue of Maharishi Valmiki. On this occasion, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi said that by composing the immortal text Ramayana, Maharishi Valmiki spread the ideals and life values of Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram to the masses. His life symbolizes truth, dignity, and devotion to religion. He said that Maharishi Valmiki’s words still inspire us to follow the path of equality, service, and harmony in society. His teachings are a guide for us and an invaluable heritage of Indian culture. Minister Joshi said that the life of Maharishi Valmiki, who preached equality, service, and harmony in society, is a source of inspiration for all of us. Division President Pradeep Rawat, Dr. Babita Sahotra, Bhavana Chaudhary, Satendra Nath, and local people were present on this occasion.
