BJP’s foundation day celebrated with pomp, Emergency fighters honored
Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the frustrated opposition, in desperation, by constantly staying away from power, is conspiring to spread unrest and animosity in the state by inciting religious, regional and caste sentiments. He assured that as long as we are here, such efforts will not succeed at any cost. Every party worker stands united to honor and protect the state. We are united and firm, to make Uttarakhand the best state in the country. We are all companions of this journey of a developed state and it is not going to stop until the goal is achieved. Reiterating his commitment to development, he said that now we do everything from planning to laying the foundation stone and inaugurating it. In the flag hoisting program organized at the BJP headquarters on the occasion of Ram Navami and the party’s foundation day, he saluted all the great men of the party Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Lal Krishna Advani and said that today under the leadership of Modi, BJP has become the largest organization in the world. It is the result of our efforts that after 500 years with great pride we are also celebrating the festival of Ram Navami at the Lord Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya. We are not a party that works on the principle of nation first, organization second and person last. This is the reason that following the path shown by the party’s pathfinders, the government under the leadership of PM Modi has done many historic works in the country. Whether it is the removal of Article 370 from Kashmir, ending triple talaq, construction of Shri Ram temple. Similarly, our governments have done the work of providing the benefits of government schemes to the last person of the society, through Atal Ayushman Yojana, Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, by vaccinating everyone in Corona, by providing facilities of housing, electricity, water, gas cylinders etc.
Dhami said that under the leadership of PM Modi, our governments have given excellent governance along with becoming the world’s largest organization. This is the reason why apart from the third time at the Center, the public is giving us a chance again and again in the states.
He said that with the inspiration of the party leadership, our government also implemented Uniform Civil Code, Strong Land Law, Strictest Copy Law, Conversion Law. Due to which the conspiracies of changing the demography and Devbhoomi form of the state like lip jihad, land jihad, spit jihad etc. have been stopped. The work of empowering the mother power was also done by giving them 30 percent reservation. In these three years, a record 22 thousand government jobs were given to the youth with complete transparency and honesty. He told that the parents of many successful candidates thank the appointment process, it feels very good when the youth are seen getting success in four different posts.
Apart from this, the double engine government is also bringing many 50-year-old schemes on the ground. Referring to Dehradun’s Lakhwar, Song Dam and Terai Bhawar’s Jamrani Dam scheme, we are going to complete them with the cooperation of the Center.
He took a dig at the opposition that in the previous governments only schemes were made, but we also make plans, lay the foundation stone and also show it by completing it.
On this occasion, the state president recalled the contribution of all the democracy fighters and said, it is because of their efforts that we are standing strong in the state today like in the country. Along with Foundation Day Ram Navami, he also congratulated and wished all the new responsibilities for the new role. Said, under the guidance of PM Modi and the leadership of CM Dhami, the double engine government has done great and historic work in the state, due to which the public broke the myth and gave us a chance to form the government for the second time. Similarly, the track record of the government in these three years also shows that we will repeat this sequence for the third time in 27. With the blessings of the people, we presented Modi ji with five lotus flowers blooming in the Lok Sabha elections, the results of the municipal elections were excellent and we won 9 out of 11 municipal corporations. Panchayat elections are about to be held now, for that we have to start working from now and ensure the victory of maximum number of workers. So that we can win all the seats of Block Pramukh and District Panchayat President. He thanked all the workers for coming in such large numbers despite the festival day due to their feelings towards the party. At the same time, he urged to participate as much as possible in the programs going on till the 13th and hoist the party flag at the house of every active and primary member.
MP Naresh Bansal mentioned the speech of late Atal ji on the foundation day of 1980, in which he said that darkness will be removed, the sun will rise, the lotus will open. His words came true and today we are the biggest party in the world and are running NDA government in 21 states. Not only this, by taking the work of the government to the last person, we have been successful in changing their circumstances.
