Ayodhya: Bhutan Prime Minister Daso Tshering Tobgay arrived at Ayodhya’s International Valmiki Airport on Friday. During this, he was welcomed in the Indian way. State Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, MLA Ved Prakash Gupta and Mayor Girish Pati Tripathi received him.
He reached Ramlala’s birthplace amid tight security. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust General Secretary Champat Rai, Dr. Anil Mishra welcomed him. Let us tell you that this is the first visit of the Prime Minister of Bhutan to Ayodhya. This visit of the Prime Minister of Bhutan reflects the mutual relationship between the two countries. Also, it is being considered a historic step to strengthen the cultural relations with Ayodhya from Bhutan.
State government’s Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi said that the Prime Minister of Bhutan is visiting Ayodhya. Today he visited Ramlala, Ram Darbar, Kuber Tila, Jatayu and Sapt Mandap, admired the carvings and murals of the temple and took pictures with his mobile himself.
He told that the Prime Minister prostrated himself three times and performed the Aarti of the Lord and offered flowers. The Trust and the UP government expressed gratitude to the Bhutan government on this historic occasion. He stayed in the Ram temple complex for about 1.40 hours. He had lunch with a cultural program at Hotel Ramayana. After this he will leave for Delhi from Maharishi Valmiki Airport. He said that there is a mutually intimate relationship between Bhutan and Ayodhya. Seeing these relations between Bhutan and India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi keeps talking. Today his visit is considered very important.
