Almora:-In Almora’s Masi Bazaar, 15 people entered a woman’s shop, abused her and threw goods out. After the woman’s complaint, the police have registered a case against three named and unknown people and started investigation into the case.
Dhana Devi’s wife Narendra Singh Rawat, a resident of Masi Bazar, has filed a complaint at Chaukhutia police station against those who did indecency. Dhana Devi says she was sitting alone in her shop. Suddenly, Vishan Singh Rawat, Anand Singh Rawat, Divan Singh Rawat and 15 other unknown people entered his shop and started vandalizing and throwing all the goods out from the first floor. When he resisted, he was rude. They dragged him out and threatened to kill him. They threw out the stuff kept on the first floor and tried to uproot the roof.
They say that these people have destroyed goods worth Rs 10 lakh. The woman says she had spent six lakh rupees on the maintenance of the house in three years. He owns this money from the owner of the shop. Ram Singh, a resident of Dowri, applied at the request. Her husband was running a shop in this house for 28 years. She was scared after the incident. They have demanded strict action from the police.
