Uttarakhand’s Agriculture, Soldier Welfare, and Rural Development Minister, Ganesh Joshi, listened to the 127th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s monthly radio program, “Mann Ki Baat,” at his Uttarakhand residence in New Delhi. Agriculture Minister Ganesh Joshi stated that Prime Minister Modi’s communication not only touches public sentiments but also awakens a sense of duty, pride, and self-reliance in every citizen. He said that “Mann Ki Baat” has become a sacred medium for heartfelt communication with millions of citizens across the country. Joshi stated that in his address, the Prime Minister extended greetings for the Chhath Mahaparva (the festival of Chhath) and described it as a celebration of the unity of culture, nature, and society. He said that the festival of Chhath is a beautiful symbol of India’s social unity. Joshi stated that the Prime Minister, referring to the “Operation Sindoor” campaign, described it as a symbol of the victory of a new India. He described the purchase of indigenous products and the GST savings festival as a strong step towards a self-reliant India. Joshi stated that the Prime Minister appreciated the tradition of security forces adopting Indian breed dogs and giving them Indian names. He congratulated the BSF and CRPF for these efforts. Joshi stated that the Prime Minister, with special emphasis on environmental protection, shared examples of the “Gorbage Cafe,” the rejuvenation of Bengaluru’s lakes, and the mangrove forests in Dholera, Gujarat, and called upon the public to make the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign a mass movement. Joshi stated that the Prime Minister urged people to participate in the “National Unity Day” and “Run for Unity,” to be celebrated on October 31st. He described the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Patel as a historic occasion and called for greater participation from the youth. Joshi stated that on the completion of 150 years of “Vande Mataram,” the Prime Minister described it as a symbol of national pride and love for the motherland. He paid tribute to tribal heroes like Birsa Munda and Komaram Bheem and called for widespread celebration of Tribal Pride Day on November 15th. Agriculture Minister Ganesh Joshi said that Prime Minister Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ is not just a dialogue but a campaign of public awareness, which gives new heights to the values โโof unity, culture and self-reliance.
