Rishikesh: The district administration team reached the spot on Wednesday to vacate 34 shops of Bharat Sadhu Samaj. During the action, a large number of police force and PAC were also deployed, so that there is no chaos.
It is being told that there was a dispute going on for a long time regarding these shops. Bharat Sadhu Samaj had filed a petition in the High Court and Supreme Court, but they did not get relief from both the courts. After the completion of the judicial process, now the administration has started the process of vacating the shops in compliance with the court order.
The administration is constantly monitoring the situation to maintain peace on the spot.
