A woman who had gone to her field in Kemath village was attacked by a bear, leaving her severely injured and bleeding profusely. She has been admitted to the hospital.

A woman was attacked by a bear while working in a field in Kemath village (Sod) of Gadool, a hilly village under the Doiwala assembly constituency. The woman sustained injuries and has been admitted to Jolly Grant Hospital for treatment.

Jarnathilal Dobhal said that the incident occurred around 4:30 PM. Sushila Bhandari (43), wife of Raghuveer Bhandari, was suddenly attacked and injured by a bear. The woman, in a bloodied condition, was admitted to Jolly Grant Hospital.
