- In the case of obtaining Indian passport by fraud, Acharya Balkrishna reached the court of CBI Special Magistrate Sandeep Singh Bhandari on Friday to give his statement. He has made an Indian passport on the basis of fake documents. On this, the CBI had registered a case against him in the year 2011 after investigation. It was found in the investigation that he has also obtained a fake degree from an educational institution in Khurja. Charge sheet of forgery was filed This case was in a lot of discussions at that time. The CBI had corresponded with the Government of Nepal in this case in the year 2016. A charge sheet was filed against Acharya Balkrishna under fraud, forgery and Passport Act. Along with this, a chargesheet of fraud and forgery was also filed against the former principal of the educational institution, Naresh Chand Dwivedi. The case is pending in the court of Special Magistrate CBI in this matter. Now statements of CrPC 313 (examination of the accused) were to be recorded in this. For this, Acharya Balkrishna and Naresh Chand Dwivedi were called but both did not appear on the last date. On Friday, Acharya Balkrishna appeared, but former principal Naresh Chand Dwivedi gave an application through his advocate that his health is bad.
