Due to heavy rains and disaster in the state, the state government has postponed the program of distribution of state level Teelu Rauteli and Anganwadi Worker Award. The state government will release the program of distribution of these awards at the appropriate time.
Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya said that Teelu Rauteli Award is given to honor the brave women of the state. The situation in the state is not normal due to natural disaster. It will not be possible to honor the award winner.
Therefore, the distribution of Teelu Rauteli and Anganwadi Worker Award has been postponed. This program was to be held in Dehradun on August 8. The minister said that the new date of the ceremony will be announced soon after the weather improves.
