Booking of heli service will start from today, book tickets here
Dehradun: Online booking of heli service tickets for Hemkund Sahib Yatra will start from May 19. IRCTC website will open at 12 noon for booking. Tickets can be booked for the journey from May 25 to June 22.
The doors of Hemkund Sahib will open on May 25. From this day onwards, helicopter service will be operated from Govindghat to Ghangaria through Pawan Hans Aviation. Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority (UKADA) has fixed the date for booking heli service tickets.
IRCTC has released the booking information on the website. Heli service operates from Govindghat to Ghangaria for Hemkund Sahib. The fare for each passenger is Rs 10080.
UCADA Additional Chief Executive Officer Dayanand Saraswati said that travel registration is mandatory for heli booking. Booking of tickets for Hemkund Sahib heli service will be done only on the official website of IRCTC, heliyatra.itctc.co.in.
