The Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) honored the winners of the ‘Mascot Design and Slogan Competition-2026,’ an event organized to link the Authority’s new identity with public creativity. At a ceremony held at the MDDA office, Vice-Chairman Banshidhar Tiwari presented cash prizes and certificates of appreciation to the winners.
• Mascot Competition: Ms. Sneha Bhandari secured the first position and won a prize of ₹50,000. Anurag Ramola received the second prize (₹30,000), and Ankita Bisht received the third prize (₹15,000).
• Slogan Competition: Ankit Singh Rawat secured the first position and was honored with a prize of ₹10,000.
Vice-Chairman Banshidhar Tiwari stated that fostering public participation and innovation alongside development is a priority for the Authority. The competition, held from August 3 to August 16, aimed to integrate the perspectives of the general public and the youth into the identity and vision of the MDDA.
