Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Dr. B.V.R.C. Purushottam conducted a field inspection as part of the ‘Super Checking’ exercise under the Special Intensive Revision Campaign in the Sarthi Vihar area of the Raipur Assembly constituency.
During the inspection, he thoroughly examined the relevant documents and gathered feedback by interacting with local voters. The verification revealed that the disposal of Form-7 applications at the BLO and ERO levels had been carried out correctly and in accordance with the rules. The CEO commended the hard work of the field staff and BLOs involved in the campaign.
The Chief Electoral Officer announced that the final publication of the electoral roll for the state would take place on October 3. He urged citizens to verify their names in the electoral roll after October 3.
Chief Development Officer Abhinav Shah, Raipur ERO Dr. Apoorva Singh, and other officials and staff members were present on the occasion.
