Expressing displeasure over the delay in implementing this decision during a departmental review meeting, Higher Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat issued strict instructions to officials to submit the proposal to the government within three days.

• ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ (Service Pledge Campaign): A campaign will be conducted across all higher education institutions from September 17 to October 17, featuring speech, essay, and painting competitions, as well as youth dialogues.
