Ranchi: Since the outbreak of the conflicts involving Iran, the US, and Israel, protests have been witnessed across the country and the state regarding the growing shortage of domestic gas cylinders. In this context, on Friday, legislators and ministers belonging to the ruling INDIA bloc staged a vigorous protest in the portico of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly.
To participate in this demonstration, the State Health Minister, Dr. Irfan Ansari, arrived at the Assembly pulling a rickshaw. The State Agriculture Minister, Shilpi Neha Tirkey, was seen riding in his rickshaw. Holding the Modi-led Central Government responsible for the escalating LPG shortage in the state, leaders of the ruling parties asserted that the people of both the country and the state are bearing the brunt of the Central Government’s flawed policies.
Pradeep Yadav, leader of the Congress Legislative Party, stated that due to the current shortage of LPG, meals are not being cooked in the homes of common people. Furthermore, cooking has come to a halt not only in hotels and restaurants but even in student hostels.

Hardeep Puri Has Misled the Nation — Shilpi Neha Tirkey
Minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey stated that Union Petroleum Minister Hardeep Puri has misled the entire nation. Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari stated that the country is passing through a dire situation, marked by shortages of petrol, diesel, and LPG. “I am being forced to procure LPG on the black market,” he lamented. Meanwhile, Pradeep Yadav, the leader of the Congress Legislative Party, stated that the country is facing an LPG shortage due to the mismanagement of the central government. Offerings for the deities are not being prepared in temples, yet those who claim to be proponents of Hinduism remain silent. On the other hand, Suresh Paswan, the leader of the RJD Legislative Party, remarked that ever since Narendra Modi’s government came to power, the nation has been grappling with various hardships.
