Ajmer: PM Modi, who was on a visit to Rajasthan on Saturday, presented a gift to Ajmer. He launched, inaugurated, and laid the foundation stone for various development projects worth ₹16,680 crore in Ajmer, including urban development, national highways, drinking water projects, the power grid, industrial areas, health, and education. He also launched a nationwide campaign for Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccination for girls aged 14 and older. The PM said that the HPV vaccination campaign, launched in Ajmer, is an important step towards empowering the country’s women. He also took a swipe at the Congress party.
INC is no longer there: He said that the world’s largest AI conference was recently held in Delhi. Prime Ministers, presidents, and ministers from many countries attended, as well as the owners of many major companies. Everyone praised India wholeheartedly. Everyone felt proud, but everyone saw what the Congress, mired in frustration, despair, and tired of repeated defeats, did. They tried to defame the country in front of guests from around the world. They staged a drama to tarnish the country’s image in front of foreign guests. Congress is losing across the country. In anger, it is taking revenge by defaming India. Congress was once the INC (Indian National Congress). Now the INC is no more; today it has become the MMC. The Muslim League has become the Maoist Congress. Congress is defaming the country: He said that history bears witness that the Muslim League hated India, which is why it divided the country. Today, Congress is doing the same. Maoists also hate India’s prosperity, Constitution, and successful democracy. Congress also goes to any lengths to defame the country. The country will never forgive such misdeeds. Defaming the country and weakening the country’s armed forces is a long-standing practice of Congress. Congress deprived military families of many benefits and committed scams in foreign defense deals.
He said that in the past 11 years, the Indian Army has dealt a crushing blow to terrorists and enemies on every front. Our army has been victorious in every mission, every front. From the surgical strike to Operation Sindoor, its bravery has been recognized. Congress leaders, even in these, have abetted the enemy faction. Congress opposes everything that is good for the country. Today, the country is teaching Congress a lesson. Rajasthan experienced Congress rule. Here, Congress was embroiled in corruption and infighting. Congress betrayed farmers. Irrigation projects were stalled for decades. ERCP projects were entangled in files and announcements. The BJP has made efforts to implement these projects and has launched a river linking campaign. Praising the Bhajan Lal government: Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the Bhajan Lal government in the state. PM Modi said that the BJP’s double-engine government has completed two years, and during this time, Rajasthan has rapidly progressed on a new path of development. Two years ago, news of paper leaks used to be prevalent in Rajasthan, but now the double-engine government is accelerating development. Our government is fulfilling the promises made to the BJP government in Rajasthan with the trust it placed in them two years ago.
PM Modi said he is satisfied that the state government is rapidly fulfilling the promises made to the public. Today is a day to further accelerate development initiatives. The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone and inaugurated various development projects worth approximately ₹17,000 crore in Ajmer. These projects include many important projects related to roads, electricity, water, health, and education. He said that these projects will not only enhance public amenities but also create new employment opportunities for the youth. Strict action against paper leaks: PM Modi said in his address that until two years ago, Rajasthan was in the headlines due to reports of corruption and paper leaks. Rigging in competitive examinations affected the future of youth, but now the state government has taken strict steps to curb paper leaks. Strict action is being taken against the culprits and transparency is being ensured. In this direction, appointment letters were distributed to over 21,000 youth during a program held in Ajmer. PM Modi described this as a major change, saying it would strengthen the confidence of the youth. He congratulated the people of the state and the newly appointed youth and stated that empowering youth power is a priority of the BJP government.
Special emphasis on women’s empowerment: During his visit, the Prime Minister also placed special emphasis on women’s empowerment. Launching the HPV vaccination campaign in Ajmer, he stated that this is an important initiative towards the health of the country’s daughters. He said that when the mother is healthy, the entire family remains strong. It is with this spirit that the government is implementing schemes for the health of women and daughters. The dream of a developed India is incomplete without respect and empowerment of women. The HPV vaccination campaign will help prevent cervical cancer and provide a secure future to millions of daughters in the country. In his address, the Prime Minister said that Rajasthan is a land of heroes and heroines, and its people have always supported development and good governance. He expressed confidence that with the support of the double-engine government, Rajasthan will reach new heights of development in the coming years.
Interaction with five girls after vaccination: The Prime Minister launched the National HPV Vaccination Campaign against cervical cancer from the vaccination site at Kayad Vishramsthali. He also interacted with five girls aged 9 to 14 after administering the HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccine. Cervical cancer is a serious disease affecting women.
