The Akhand Jyoti and Mata Bhagwati Devi Sharma birth centenary celebrations have begun at Shantikunj in Haridwar. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat were also present at the inaugural ceremony today. During the flag hoisting ceremony, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that under the strong leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India is culturally redefining itself. India, once trapped in a mindset of slavery, now takes pride in its cultural values and heritage.
Fifteen hundred meritorious students of Dev Sanskriti University will be honored at the ceremony.
Medals will also be awarded to the meritorious students of Dev Sanskriti University during the Triveni Sangam ceremony. The university’s convocation ceremony will be held on January 19th as part of this event. A total of fifteen hundred students will receive their degrees, and the toppers will be awarded medals.
The centenary of Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya’s spiritual practice is being celebrated, along with the birth centenary of Akhand Jyoti and Mata Bhagwati Devi Sharma. Simultaneously, Dev Sanskriti University is holding its seventh convocation. Devotees of the All World Gayatri Family will witness this ceremony. Most importantly, the meritorious students will be honored by several prominent national figures in the presence of approximately 60,000 devotees from India and abroad.
Dr. Chinmay Pandya, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti University and the leader of the organizing committee, said that more than fifteen hundred students will be awarded graduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees at the convocation ceremony. This ceremony will further strengthen the unique identity of higher education based on Indian culture. Along with spiritual leaders, the state’s Higher Education Minister, Dhan Singh Rawat, and many others will be present on this occasion.
On the same evening, a large conference of tribal volunteers from various states, including Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh, will also be held. A significant message will be given regarding social, cultural, and spiritual upliftment
