Significant changes are expected in the state BJP organization. Following the appointment of a new working president at the national level, the possibility of changes at the state level has intensified. It is believed that the party will avoid leaders who have a negative public image.
The organization wants to ensure that controversial figures are not prominent during the elections. Instead, it will promote leaders with an unblemished, clean image and popular appeal. The Bharatiya Janata Party, which has been in power in Uttarakhand for nine years, is now focused on securing a third consecutive victory. After announcing the presidents and their teams for all seven fronts, the organization does not want to appear weak on any front.
The organization has now begun the process of replacing leaders who have recently or previously been involved in controversies. The national leadership does not want controversial figures to be in the spotlight during the elections. This is why significant changes are being anticipated. Similar to the national leadership, the state unit will also give priority to young leaders in this reshuffle.
In all the recent changes implemented by the organization, young leaders have been given prominence. By promoting second-tier leaders, the organization will focus on connecting with young people and new voters, while also preparing a new generation of leaders for the future.
