Shimla: In a major development in Himachal Pradesh, state BJP chief Dr. Rajeev Bindal’s brother has been arrested on charges of rape. The Solan police arrested Rajeev Bindal’s brother Ramkumar Bindal on Friday afternoon. Ramkumar Bindal was accused of rape by a 25-year-old woman. The Solan police made the arrest following a complaint by a young woman. SP Solan Gaurav Singh confirmed this. Following the complaint of the girl, the Solan police have registered an FIR.
What is the whole matter?
According to Solan SP Gaurav Singh, the victim has registered her report at the women police station. According to the complaint, the girl had been ill for a long time and had arrived near the old bus station in Solan on October 7. There, a man asked the girl for her address and problem. After this, Ram Kumar Bindal took the girl to his health institute. According to the girl, Ram Kumar Bindal first held hands and pressed some nerves and then started asking about personal problems. The girl told the story of her entire illness. Ramkumar Bindal assured her that he would treat her and the treatment would cure the girl completely.
Allegations against Ramkumar Bindal
According to the victim, the accused Ram Kumar Bindal insisted on checking her private parts on the pretext of investigation. Later, he was also forced to do so. The girl alleges that she was wronged under the pretext of investigation. The victim has written in the FIR that she pushed Ram Kumar Bindal out and approached the police and filed her complaint. The police had called an FSL team to investigate the spot.
