So far, action has been taken against more than 200 illegal constructions and plotting. Additionally, a large number of multi-story buildings constructed in violation of the rules are being sealed. The interests of those who are building in accordance with the authority’s rules are protected, but the campaign against those who violate the rules will continue without any pressure. *Demolition in Herbatpur* In a similar sequence, a joint team of the MDDA carried out demolition and sealing operations against illegal plots and commercial constructions in Herbatpur, Vikasnagar, and other locations within the Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority area. In Atanbagh, Herbatpur, illegal plotting being carried out by Prashant on approximately 5 bighas of land was demolished. In Herbatpur, a two-story commercial building illegally constructed by Amar Singh was sealed. Sealing in Vikasnagar and Dakpathar* Today, an illegal commercial construction by Bharat Singh Negi was sealed in Babugarh (Heritage Wedding Point), Vikasnagar, on the main Chakrata Road within the Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority area. Commercial constructions being carried out by Neeraj Gupta and Manoj Kumar near Gurudwara Chowk, Vikasnagar were sealed. Sealing action was taken against an illegal commercial construction being carried out by Ram Shah on Telpur Road near Durga Mandir, Vikasnagar. Illegal commercial constructions being carried out by Ravindra Chauhan, Shahil, and Ashu in Jeevangarh, Dakpathar, etc. were also sealed. Action also taken against a sports ground in Selakoi* Today, a sports ground being constructed with the help of columns on approximately 2.5 bighas of land by Sunil Thapa on Bahadurpur Road, Selakoi, within the Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority area, was also sealed. Joint team and police force present* Sector Assistant Abhishek Bhardwaj, a joint team formed by the authority, and police force were present on the spot during this action. The authority has clarified that such campaigns will continue.
