New Delhi: The Congress party, which is engaged in strengthening the organization across the country, is now going to set up a school for Congress leaders in Madhya Pradesh. After Gujarat, the party will teach the district presidents the party’s policies and the tricks of creating an organization under the Organization Creation Campaign in Madhya Pradesh. Party’s National President Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi will also participate in this. The State Congress Committee has sought time from senior leaders for this camp. The date and place will be decided only after getting the approval of the leaders. But it is certain that this training camp will be held after Diwali i.e. in the last week of October or in the month of November. Actually, Congress is organizing such training camps with the aim of making its district presidents powerful. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has also said this from the stage many times. The party is trying that the decision of the district president should be final in the matter of district decisions. Decisions should not be imposed on them from above. Election tickets should also be decided on their recommendation. State Congress leaders say that the Congress party is running such programs in a phased manner. In the first phase, the MLAs were trained. Now after this, the district presidents will be trained. After this, booth level workers will be prepared. An important part of the training will be how to have a strong reach to the public. How the entire network of the party till the booth should stand strong and give voice to the issues of the public till the elections. In this ten-day camp, along with strengthening the Congress organization in the state, every subject will be told about the strength of the booth and behavior with the workers. Along with working on the guidelines of the Congress party, the future agenda will also be told.
Apart from this, a separate agenda will be prepared keeping in mind the perspective of Madhya Pradesh. Under this organization creation campaign, the party’s organization has to be prepared at the Gram Panchayat level. There will also be a discussion on this. All the leaders will also be made aware of the party’s policies. Apart from training on the use of social media, training will also be given to keep the workers connected and coordinate with them. Congress can organize this camp in Indore, Gwalior or Pachmarhi of the state. In this matter, Congress state president Jeetu Patwari said that our leader Rahul Gandhi has already made it clear that the role of district presidents will now be the most important in the party. They will also have a role in the selection process of the candidates in the elections. Coordination in the party will be done through them. Therefore, a training camp of Congress is proposed in Madhya Pradesh as well. Preparations are going on for this. The place and time are not decided yet. This camp can be held after Diwali. The place and date will be decided after getting time from the national leaders.

Under the organization initiative, the training camp of Congress has just started in Junagadh, Gujarat. This ten-day camp will start from Wednesday and will run till September 20. Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi will also participate in it. Officers of the training department of MP Congress will go to see the preparations of this camp.
