Dehradun: Dengue and corona cases are increasing continuously in the capital Dehradun. On the other hand, three corona infected were found in the district yesterday and all three patients are local. Four corona cases were also reported on Tuesday. Here four positive dengue patients have also been found. However, the condition of all three corona infected patients is normal.
94 covid cases have been reported in Dehradun district till Wednesday. Of these, 79 patients are local, while 15 are from outside. In the cases reported so far, 74 patients have recovered from the infection. At present, 5 cases are active, out of which four patients are in home isolation. He advised that if a person is showing symptoms like cough, cold, fever, sore throat, then he must go to the nearest hospital and see a doctor.
He said that necessary guidelines have already been issued to all the hospitals regarding the infection. He said that testing and bed facilities are available in sufficient quantity in all the hospitals. The continuous rain in Dehradun and the increasing humidity in the atmosphere is creating a favorable environment for dengue mosquitoes. Four cases of dengue have been reported on Wednesday. According to the report of the Health Department, samples of 9978 dengue patients have been collected so far. Dengue has been confirmed in 168 patients so far. Out of these, 87 are residents of Dehradun, while 81 patients are from other districts and outside the state.
At present, 153 people have recovered from dengue. At present, there are 15 active cases. In which 9 patients are being treated at Shri Mahant Indresh Hospital, three patients at Himalayan Hospital, one at Graphic Era and two patients at Government Doon Medical College Hospital. It is a matter of relief that no one has died of dengue this season.
